Tuesday

Tuesday was a travel day. Left for Heathrow around 1100. They have a new line called the Heathrow Express that goes from Paddington Station to a Heathrowand only takes 15min. Our flight on SAS was a little delayed but we were not pressed for time. It was raining in Oslo. Took train from airport to the main station in Oslo. Train stations in Europe is more like a mall with food and shopping. We took a taxi to The Grand Hotel. It certainly is grand. Our room is huge. I feel like we’re staying in the room the Nobel Prize Winner makes their speech from. We went down for dinner about 9pm and had a rather opulent dinner of pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon on top of potatoes as gratin.
